Augusta Klaarenbeek is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in educational and human resources consulting. Currently serving as a consultant for School Choice International and School Search Solutions since July 2013, Augusta specializes in assisting families relocating to Shanghai. Additionally, Augusta works as a Senior Career Coach at Lee Hecht Harrison and as an Independent Human Resources Consultant since 2009, alongside a role as a Birkman coach since 2002, utilizing the Birkman method to assess individual motivations and behaviors. Previous roles include Executive Director at Shanghai Chosen Families, consultant at Global Connection, and HR consultant at DSM. Augusta’s educational background includes a Master of Laws (LLM) from Rijks Universiteit Groningen and certifications in ESOL teaching and Birkman consulting. Augusta has also held leadership positions in various organizations, including chairman of the board for De Kleine Burcht.
