Madison Florian, PMP, PMI-ACP, is an Internal Project Manager at Adaptavist since July 2023, focusing on establishing a PMO within the CIO’s office and managing internal projects while identifying future project opportunities. Madison also serves as a Professional Development Expert at School of PE since October 2021, where responsibilities include designing management course offerings and teaching project management courses. Previous experience includes project management roles at Charles Schwab, where Madison coordinated acquisitions and knowledge management initiatives, and a digital transformation project at TIAA. Additional roles include a sabbatical as a Professional Van Dweller in Europe, service positions at various food establishments, and an intern role in data consolidation at Auraria Higher Education Center.
