Dan Abdo

Dan Abdo is an accomplished director and educator with over two decades of experience in animation and storytelling. Currently serving as the Director at Hornet Inc. since May 2007, Dan collaborates with Jason to create innovative narratives. Additionally, Dan has been an Adjunct Professor at the School of Visual Arts since September 2015, teaching Thesis Research to Computer Arts undergraduates. Notable achievements include co-creating the animated series Rocket Monkeys, which aired on TELETOON and Nickelodeon, and contributing as a writer for the international version of the popular Russian cartoon Kikoriki. With a BFA in Film, Animation, and Video from the Rhode Island School of Design, Dan's background includes work as a cartoonist for Nickelodeon Magazine and character design for Blue's Clues.
