Shivani Sanger

Community Connector at School Space

Shivani Sanger has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Shivani started their career as an Assistant Accountant at Project Builders in 2015, where they assisted with budgeting and financial preparations. Shivani also worked as a Barista and Waitress at Delicacy deli in 2016, ensuring the quality of coffee and training new baristas. In the same year, they became a Creative Director at Scott and Fox Jackets until 2019.

In 2017, Shivani shadowed surgeons, doctors, and physicians associates at Pula General Hospital, gaining experience in various surgeries and building relationships with patients. Shivani also participated in a day work experience at Greenwich Mortuary in 2021, observing autopsies and organ dissections.

Shivani has presented their research at conferences such as the American Academy of Forensic Sciences in 2022 and the TransGapProject in 2023, earning awards and nominations for their presentations. Shivani has also worked as a Tennis Instructor at James Tennis Coaching since 2012, designing lesson plans and working with children with disabilities.

Currently, Shivani is a Community Connector at School Space starting in 2023.

Shivani Sanger began their education at Forest Girls School in 2007 and completed their GCSE's there in 2014. Shivani then attended Redbridge College from 2014 to 2016, where they pursued a Btec Extended Diploma Level 3 in Forensic Science. Afterward, Shivani attended the University of Greenwich from 2016 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences, specializing in General Biomedical Sciences. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Forensic Medical Science at Queen Mary University of London from 2020 to 2021. Currently, Shivani is studying for a Master's degree in Professional Human Osteoarchaeology at the University of Reading, which they began in 2022.
