Heather Macnaughton has a wealth of experience in customer success and student success management. Heather began their career in 2010 as a Study Abroad Coordinator at CIEE, where they corresponded with prospective students via email and telephone, drafted official visa letters, and provided fair and unbiased judgement of student essay submissions. In 2012, they moved to FHA Recovery as a Customer Service Coordinator, where they developed customer care rapport, collected information with each caller, and worked towards targets set by management. In 2013, they became a Customer Operations Manager at Kaplan International Colleges. In 2017, they took on the role of Customer Success Manager at Tawkify, and in 2020, they became a Customer Success Manager at SchoolCare.
Heather Macnaughton completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) at Hobart and William Smith Colleges, where they studied International Relations and Spanish and Heather'spanic Studies. Heather then went on to earn their Master's degree from Middlebury College in Spanish Language and Literature.
