Marta Bartusch has a diverse work experience in various companies. Marta began their career in 2008 at Deutsche Telekom as an Undergraduate Product Management Voice & Internet. Marta then moved to Credit Suisse in 2009, where they worked as a Marketing Research Specialist and later as a Team Leader Marketing Research and Reporting. In 2013, they joined SCHOTT MORITEX for a short assignment in Japan. In the same year, they joined SCHOTT, where they held multiple positions in Market Intelligence. Marta started as a Specialist in Market Intelligence BU Lighting and Imaging through an International Graduate Program, then became a Market Intelligence Analyst BU Lighting & Imaging. In 2018, they were promoted to Senior Market Intelligence Analyst BU Lighting & Imaging. Currently, Marta Bartusch is the Head of Global Market Intelligence at SCHOTT.

Marta Bartusch completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Economics at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in International Economic Relations from the University of Wroclaw from 2001 to 2006.
