Allen Brown

Allen Brown, LSSMBB, has over 23 years of experience in operational excellence and engineering. Currently serving as the Formulations Operational Excellence Manager at Schreiber Foods since April 2008, Allen is recognized as the subject matter expert for Cream Cheese and oversees enterprise improvements across all plants. Prior to this role, Allen worked at Ford Motor Company from April 2000 to April 2007 as a PVT Manager, where responsibilities included being a plant operating committee member and leading Product Development engineering for multiple disciplines. Allen holds an MBA from the University of Michigan (1994-1999) and a BS in Aerospace Engineering from Texas A&M University (1986-1991).
