Ciara Ward-Jenkins

Ciara Ward-Jenkins has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. Ciara currently holds the position of Head of Client Support at Schroders Personal Wealth, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Hargreaves Lansdown for 21 years, holding various roles including Head of Client Services, Senior Client Services Manager, Ombudsman Liaison & Compliance Manager, and Client Services Manager. In their previous roles, Ciara had overall responsibility for regulatory complaints function and complaint policy, addressed systemic complaints issues, conducted root cause analysis, and provided guidance on mitigating complaint-related risks.

Ciara Ward-Jenkins holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in Law from the University of the West of England. Ciara also has a LPC Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from De Montfort University.
