Carolina Minio-Paluello

Carolina Minio-Paluello is the current Global Head of Product, Solutions & Quant at Schroders.

Carolina began their career in 2000 as a Broker Liaison Executive at Schroders. In 2001, they left to join Mellon Financial as an RFP Writer. Carolina stayed there until 2005 when they joined Franklin Templeton Investments as a Supervisor for EMEA RFP Management.

In 2007, they returned to Schroders and has been there ever since, taking on progressively more senior roles.

Carolina Minio-Paluello holds a BSc (Hons) in Management from Brunel University London.

Carolina Minio-Paluello reports to Peter Harrison, CEO. Carolina Minio-Paluello works with Stewart Carmichael - CTO, Lieven Debruyne - Global Head of Distribution, and Chris Durack - Co-Head of Asia Pacific and Country Head of Australia.
