Ghazal Rahvar has a strong background in user experience (UX) research and design. Ghazal started their career at the District of West Vancouver, where they worked as a Designer, contributing significantly to the youth perspective in programs and services. Ghazal then moved on to Best Buy Canada, where they served as a UX and Interaction Designer, designing user experiences for the largest online electronic retailer in North America. Ghazal implemented high-impact wireframes and mockups and collaborated effectively with cross-functional teams. Next, Ghazal worked as a Senior UX Consultant at Daemon, spearheading customer research and transformation programs. Ghazal seamlessly collaborated with Agile Scrum Teams and translated complex business requirements into optimal user experiences. Currently, Ghazal is a Principal User Experience Researcher at Schroders Asset Management, where they lead transformative UX research initiatives, manages a dynamic CX research team, and ensures strategic UX interventions. Ghazal has enhanced user satisfaction and product usability through their work.

Ghazal Rahvar holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Computer Interaction from Emily Carr University of Art and Design. In addition, they have obtained certifications as a Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance, a Microsoft certified professional from Microsoft, and a UX Certificate from Nielsen Norman Group.
