Konstantina Kapetanidi

Konstantina Kapetanidi has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Konstantina began their career as a Marketing and Event Planning Intern at THS Productions S.A. in 2010. Konstantina then worked as a PR & Corporate Social Responsibility Associate at Athens M.C. S.A., where they assisted in planning and executing fund-sourcing events for a clinical center dedicated to supporting children and families affected by incurable diseases.

In 2011, Konstantina co-founded HealthMe and served as the Managing Director, overseeing the company's operations. Konstantina also joined EPIC Companies (ProSiebenSat. 1 Media AG) as a Business Development-Operations Manager, where they managed day-to-day operations and conducted data analysis of events and transactions. Konstantina was responsible for implementing event campaigns, managing major key accounts, and preparing weekly reports on marketing and financial results.

Konstantina then moved to Valmano GmbH (ProSiebenSat. 1 Media AG) as the Department Lead for Business Intelligence & Analytics in 2014. Konstantina held a similar role at Petobel GmbH (ProSiebenSat. 1 Media AG) as a Supply Chain/Buying Operations Manager.

From 2015 to 2017, Konstantina worked at eBay as a Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager and later as a Team Lead for Business Intelligence and Analytics. During their time at eBay, they introduced a holistic data and system management approach and led strategic projects across departments. Konstantina initiated and managed the "Big Data Systematic Integration & Main Driver for Daily Operations" project, which provided real-time data feeds for marketing monitoring, customer retargeting, and strategic sourcing. Konstantina also established advanced data-driven customer journeys and loyalty programs that improved customer lifetime value.

In 2018, Konstantina co-founded Fundair Limited, and in 2019, they joined Schroders as the Head of Business Intelligence. Their responsibilities in this role include leading business intelligence initiatives and managing the capability for the company.

Throughout their career, Konstantina has demonstrated expertise in business intelligence, analytics, operations management, event planning, and data-driven decision-making.

Konstantina Kapetanidi completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Civil Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) in the years 2004-2010. Konstantina then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Project Management and Public Sector Development from the same university from 2010-2012. In 2012-2013, they attended Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, where they earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in International Business. Before their university studies, from 2000-2004, Konstantina attended Hellenic American Educational Foundation, although the degree and field of study are not specified.
