Mark Nieuwenhuis LL.M. ACG has extensive work experience in the finance and legal industries. Mark currently holds the position of Head of Private Investment Execution at Schroders Capital, overseeing private investment execution for both Schroders Capital and Schroders Capital Private Equity. Prior to this, Mark worked at Schroder Adveq, where they held the positions of Director of Schroder Adveq Management Jersey Ltd and Vice President & Legal Manager, specializing in private investment structures. Mark has also worked as an Assistant Vice President at Deutsche Bank in the Corporate Services department, and as an Assistant Manager at Bedell Group. Mark began their career as an Associate at Deutsche Bank International Ltd, where they played a senior role within the Corporate Services Department, working with private equity and real estate funds and special purpose vehicles. Before joining Deutsche Bank, Mark served as a Senior Corporate Lawyer at TMF Group, where they managed a large client portfolio and provided legal support and guidance. Mark also gained experience as a Legal Professional at Eiffel Nederland B.V. and as an Inside Sales Associate at Guis & Partners B.V. Overall, Mark's work experience spans over two decades and has equipped him with a deep understanding of finance, legal structures, and investment execution.

Mark Nieuwenhuis LL.M. ACG has a diverse education history. Mark obtained their LL.M. (Master of Laws) in Economical Public- and Corporate Law from Utrecht University in the years 2000-2005. Prior to this, they completed their pre-university education at Heerenlanden college, earning a Diploma from 1993-2000.

In more recent years, Mark pursued further education in the field of Corporate Governance. From 2013-2017, they attended The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland, obtaining their ACG (Associate of The Chartered Governance Institute) degree with a specialization in Corporate Governance.
