Richard H. currently serves as the Head of Asset Management Technology for the Americas at Schroders, responsible for all aspects of asset management technology in the region. Prior to this role, Richard held various positions at Schroders, including Head of Americas Operations, Data, Front Office & Private Assets Technology, and Investment Technology Manager - Americas. Richard’s previous experience includes leading global professional services at Backstop Solutions Group and managing client services at eVestment and PerTrac. Richard's career began at Whittaker Garnier, establishing U.S. operations and leading a professional services business. Richard also held roles at Abbey National Treasury Services, the Financial Conduct Authority, and Provident Mutual Life Assurance Association. Richard holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Computing for Commerce & Industry from The Open University.
