Rowenna Harris Acg

Rowenna Harris has extensive experience in governance and compliance, currently serving as Head of PLC Governance and Assistant Company Secretary at Schroders since February 2018. Previously, Rowenna held the position of Assistant Company Secretary at Tesco from October 2016 to February 2018 and worked as an Associate in Entity Governance and Compliance at PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal LLP from June 2015 to September 2016, managing project governance for multinational clients. Rowenna also completed a three-month secondment as a Company Secretarial Assistant at BG Group in early 2016, prior to their merger with Royal Dutch Shell plc. Earlier experience includes serving as a Corporate Insolvency Administrator at David Rubin & Partners, where responsibilities included managing a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases. Rowenna is a graduate of the University of Leeds with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and completed the Chartered Governance Qualifying Scheme from The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland between 2015 and 2019. Additionally, Rowenna studied International and Comparative Law at Uppsala University as part of an ERASMUS program.
