Paul Dixon, MBA, ITIL has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Paul began their career as an Electronic Technician at the Detroit Transportation Corporation in 1989. From there, they moved on to work as an Application Engineer at Molser Inc. where they provided technical support and training for proprietary software. Following this, they joined PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as an Application Support Analyst, where they were responsible for server configuration, deployment, and support. In 1996, they joined Engage Energy America, LLC as a Senior Network Support Analyst, managing their regional office network and providing server support. In 2001, they became a Network Engineer at Schuler Inc. and was responsible for monitoring and administering all network servers and services. Afterward, they were promoted to IT Manager, overseeing the Information Technology department and serving as the principal advisor to the CEO and CFO. In 2015, they were appointed as the Director of Information Technology, where they developed and implemented the long-range IT strategic plan for Schuler North America. Throughout their career, Paul has demonstrated expertise in network infrastructure, telecommunications, network security, and IT operations management.

Paul Dixon earned their Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering from DeVry University in 1988. Paul later pursued a Master of Business Administration in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix, completing their studies in 2005. In terms of additional certifications, Paul obtained ITIL Foundation certification from Pearson VUE in 2016 and completed a course on creating IT strategies offered by LinkedIn in 2018.
