Dan Peddle

Dan Peddle has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Dan started their career as a Machinist at Advent Tool & Mfg., Inc. in 1983, where they specialized in Harding Lathes and Bridgeport Mills. Dan gained expertise in operating various equipment including CNCs, boring mills, grinders, presses, and turret lathes.

In 1988, Dan joined the US Army as a Sergeant - Avionic Special Equipment Repairer. Dan held a high-level security clearance and was responsible for repairing and maintaining a range of equipment, such as weather RADAR systems, microwave jammers, flare/chaff systems, night vision systems, and various detection and alert systems for helicopters, planes, and jets.

Following their military service, Dan worked as a Supervisor T&ME at Associated Research, Inc. from 1992 to 1997. Dan then joined CMI International as an Engineering Technologist from 1997 to 1999, and later moved to Energy Savings Inc. as an Engineering Technician until 2004.

In 2004, Dan joined Philips Lighting as an Engineering Project Specialist and worked there until 2010. During their time at Philips Lighting, they were involved in various engineering projects. Dan then joined Universal Lighting Technologies as an Associate Engineer in 2003.

From 2010 to 2013, Dan worked at Intermatic as a Technical Support professional. Dan provided support to customers and assisted them with technical issues.

Currently, Dan is employed at Schumacher Electric Corporation as an Engineering Technician, a position they have held since 2013. The details regarding their role within the company are not provided.

Dan Peddle attended Mundelein High School, but the years of attendance are not provided. After high school, they attended the College of Lake County from 1992 to 1998, where they earned an Associate of Science in Engineering (ASE) with a focus on the U of I Engineering Transfer Program.
