Brittany Nordby

Brittany Nordby is a skilled project manager with extensive experience in product development and project coordination. Currently serving as the New Product Introduction Project Manager at Schuman Cheese since July 2022, Brittany develops product launch documents and comprehensive project schedules. Prior to this, Brittany held prominent roles at Earth Friendly Products, including Director of Product Development, where responsibilities included overseeing Stage Gate functions and managing project plans. Additional experience includes positions as Program Manager at Earth Friendly Products and Project Manager at Georgia Nut Company, with earlier roles at National Power Corporation and American Language Academy. Brittany holds a BA in Spanish and Business Administration from Ohio University and a Bachelor's degree in Spanish from La Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha.
