Troy Lincomfelt is an experienced operations professional currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Schupan Recycling since August 2018, previously holding the same title at Schupan & Sons, Inc. while also managing responsibilities as Plant Manager and Director of Michigan Operations at Schupan Recycling. With a career at Schupan & Sons, Inc. dating back to May 1993, Troy has extensive expertise in various disciplines including P&L, production, personnel management, maintenance, equipment, EHS, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction.
