Sean Miller

Sean Miller has extensive experience in human resources and people operations. Sean began their career as an Orientation Coordinator at Holy Cross College in 2005. Sean then worked as a Corporate Benefits Intern at Schurz Communications in 2006.

In 2007, they joined Weber Shandwick as a Human Resources Project Coordinator. Sean returned to Schurz Communications in 2008 and held various roles, including Payroll and Benefits Specialist, Shared Services Manager, HR Services and Systems Manager, and HR Operations Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for managing HRIS applications, payroll, talent acquisition, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

In 2016, Sean Miller joined Zimmer Biomet as a Manager of HR Shared Services. Sean led a team responsible for transaction processing, onboarding, file management, and process improvement projects.

Lastly, in 2018, they returned to Schurz Communications as the Director of People Operations. In this role, they managed the implementation of a comprehensive benefits program and led the annual open enrollment process.

Throughout their career, Sean Miller has demonstrated leadership skills, a concern for employee satisfaction, and a focus on process efficiency.

Sean Miller is currently an MBA candidate at Butler University, expected to graduate in 2024. Prior to pursuing their MBA, they obtained a BBA in Human Resource Management from Loyola University Chicago and an AA in Liberal Arts from Holy Cross College.
