Stephen Sullivan

Stephen Sullivan is a seasoned patent attorney and technology industry leader, currently serving as the Technology Industry Group Leader and Shareholder at Schwabe since August 2017. In 2019, Stephen co-founded Daystrom Solutions, a company that leverages advanced AI for automatic patent claims analysis, particularly for Standard Essential Patent (SEP) discovery. Stephen's extensive legal career includes roles as Founding Partner at Convergent Law Group LLP (2010-2017), Partner at Virtual Law Partners LLP (2009-2010), and President of Strategic Patent Group, P.C. (2005-2009), among others. Stephen began the legal journey as an Associate at Heller Erhman, LLP (1992-1995) and earned a BSCIS in Engineering from The Ohio State University and a JD from Santa Clara University School of Law.
