Kris Dedonder

Kris DeDonder has a strong background in food safety and quality assurance. They currently hold the position of Senior Director of Food Safety & Operational Quality at Schwan's Company since May 2021. Prior to this role, Kris worked at Mars Petcare US, starting in November 2012. During their time at Mars Petcare US, Kris held various positions including Operational Capability Manager Q&FS from June 2017 to May 2021, Regional Quality & Food Safety Manager from May 2015 to June 2017, and Quality and Food Safety Manager from November 2012 to May 2015. Before joining Mars Petcare US, Kris worked as a Quality Assurance Technical Manager at Kerry Ingredients from May 2010 to October 2012. They also served as the QA Manager at Reser's Fine Foods from 2007 to 2010.

Kris DeDonder earned a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business and Management from Kansas State University between 1993 and 1997. In 2006, Kris pursued a Master's degree in Management Information Systems, General from the University of Phoenix, completing it in 2010.
