Ron Siemers

Ron Siemers has a strong background in supply chain management and operations. Ron has held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Integrated Business Planning at Schwan's Company, where they implemented a 3-year planning cycle and provided hands-on leadership for all areas of supply chain planning. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director of Supply Chain Planning, where they successfully implemented the SIOP process and reporting for the division. Ron also transitioned Excel-based reporting into SAP Business Objects and centralized the roles of deployment and fulfillment within the Global Supply Chain division. Before their time at Schwan's Company, Ron worked at Innovex Inc. as the Senior Director of Global Supply Chain, where they organized Supplier Management Teams and qualified new low-cost suppliers in the Asia region. Ron also reduced material costs on average by 3% to 5% annually. Ron's earlier experience includes serving as the Vice President of Global Supply Chain at Midcom, Inc., where they managed various aspects of the global supply chain, including demand and capacity planning, sourcing, purchasing, and logistics. Ron implemented Supplier Management Teams and successfully renegotiated supply agreements to reduce costs by $12 million.

Ron Siemers completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) Double Major in Psychology & Social Work at the University of South Dakota from 1985 to 1989. Ron then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from the same university, graduating in 1995.
