Scott Davis

Scott Davis has extensive work experience in the field of recruitment and human resources. Scott started their career as a Program Manager at Allegheny Valley School in 1975 and moved on to become a Clinical Specialist and Tier 1 Trainer at Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic, UPMC in 1977. In 1987, they worked as a Training Coordinator at Rich Hinch and Associates before joining the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in 1989 as a Recruitment Manager. At UPMC, they were responsible for managing recruitment efforts for multiple sites and coordinating with various departments and community-based job fairs. In 2004, Scott worked as an HR Consultant at Chandler and Partners and later as an HR/Staffing Consultant at Surge Point in 2005. Scott then joined Schwans Food Company as a Lead Regional Field Recruiter, where they were responsible for recruitment functions and training regional managers.

Scott Davis attended the University of Pittsburgh from 1986 to 1989, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management. Prior to that, they attended Point Park University from 1972 to 1975, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Psychology, Industrial Psychology, and Sociology.
