Julia Zupko is the Director of Career Development for Schwarzman Scholars. Her work spans professional development in all its capacities—employment, fellowships, further education, entrepreneurship, and workplace endeavors—in myriad sectors globally including law, medicine, government, tech, media, and business. In her twenty years of experience, she has aided the career pursuits of pre-experience and mid-career professionals, as well as experienced executives. Julia is certified in the Hogan Assessment and Intercultural Development Inventory.
Previously she served as Assistant Dean at the Yale School of Management (SOM) and Director at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Prior to her work in talent development, Julia was a Senior Consultant in the healthcare practice for Tucker Alan Inc (now Guidehouse). She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
