Michael Rosa

Michael Rosa has a diverse work experience in the food production industry. Michael is currently the Director of Operations at Schweid & Sons since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Oatly as the Deputy Plant Manager from 2019 to 2021. Before that, Michael worked at Rich Products Corporation, where they held various roles including Production Operations Manager, Interim Sanitation Manager, Production Shift Leader, and Production Team Leader/Line Performance Leader. Michael started their career at Eatem Foods as an Assistant Production Manager from 2008 to 2013.

Michael Rosa earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications including Green Belt Six Sigma from Lockheed Martin in September 2018, Forklift instructor certification from MHS Industrial Supply in August 2015, and HACCP certification from the Rutgers Food Innovation Center in February 2015.
