Casey Sandnas

Casey Sandnas is a Mechanical Designer/Drafter at Schwing Bioset, Inc. with a background in UTV design and reverse engineering. As the President of Autonomous CAD, Casey works closely with clients to develop ideas into marketable products using laser scanning, structured light scanning, and SolidWorks design. Previously, Casey served as a Chassis and Suspension Designer at Wasteland Performance, and as a Tool Designer/Quality Assurance Manager at Al-Cast Mold & Pattern. With experience as a Welder/Fabricator at Aerospace Welding and Manufacturing and Don Ness Racecraft, Casey is skilled in fabricating and welding critical components for aerospace and racing industries. Casey holds a Welding Technology Diploma from Alexandria Technical and Community College and a General Education degree from Mtn. Iron-Buhl HS.
