Birgit Kley has extensive work experience in human resources, with a focus on talent development, leadership development, and HR projects. Birgit Kley started their education at Leipzig University in East Germany from 1985 to 1989. Birgit pursued teacher studies for English and German and received a Diploma degree. Following that, from 1990 to 1995, Birgit attended University Passau in Germany, as well as institutions in Spokane, USA, and Malaga, Spain. During this time, they studied Languages, Business Administration, and Cultural Studies, earning another Diploma degree.
