Birgit Kley

Birgit Kley has extensive work experience in human resources, with a focus on talent development, leadership development, and HR projects. Birgit is currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Schwyzer Kantonalbank since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Siemens AG - Digital Industries as the Head of HR Projects and Initiatives from August 2019 to January 2022. Birgit also held positions at Siemens LLC as the Head of HR Talent & Leadership Development for the Middle East and Africa from June 2016 to August 2019, and at Siemens as the Corporate VP HR Talent Development from October 2014 to May 2016. Additionally, they worked at Siemens Building Technologies, Inc. as the Head of HR Leadership Development from November 2010 to September 2014 and at Siemens Corporate Finance Audit as the Manager Operational Audit from October 2007 to October 2010. Birgit Kley has also gained experience at Siemens Industrial Solutions as the Head CoC HR Mergers & Acquisitions, at Siemens ICN as a Senior Consultant for Business Transformation, at UBS as a Project Lead for HRMS Implementation, and at Renaissance Worldwide as a Manager for HR Strategy and HR Management Systems. Birgit Kley started their education at Leipzig University in East Germany from 1985 to 1989. Birgit pursued teacher studies for English and German and received a Diploma degree. Following that, from 1990 to 1995, Birgit attended University Passau in Germany, as well as institutions in Spokane, USA, and Malaga, Spain. During this time, they studied Languages, Business Administration, and Cultural Studies, earning another Diploma degree.
