Carla Yacoub

Carla Yacoub is an experienced recruiting and talent acquisition management consultant currently working at Fractyl Health, connecting top talent in medical devices and gene therapy to diverse opportunities. Previously, Carla served as a scientific recruiting partner and in various roles at Sci.bio Recruiting, along with a recruiting consultant position at the Bill & Melinda Gates Medical Research Institute, where the focus was on clinical trial and operation roles. Additional experience includes recruiting consultancy at MAPS Public Benefit Corporation and Dyno Therapeutics, as well as editorial and educational roles at Stormthread and iD Tech Camps. Carla holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Biological Sciences and Environmental Science and Policy from Smith College, with a study abroad program completed at UNSW.
