Navid Hashemian has a strong background in supply chain management and solutions design. Navid has held various leadership roles in companies such as SCI Group Inc, Metro Supply Chain Group, The Beer Store & Brewers Distributor Ltd, CHEP, Canadian Tire, Dalhousie University, and Eastern Mediterranean University.

At SCI Group Inc, Navid served as the Director of Solutions Design, where they led the Solutions department and developed strategies for various market verticals, including eCommerce, retail, apparel & footwear, and healthcare. Navid also designed automation solutions to optimize the picking and packing process.

Navid then pursued a Master of Applied Science (M.A.S) degree in Industrial Engineering from Eastern Mediterranean University from 2007 to 2008. Navid furthered their education by obtaining another Master of Applied Science (M.A.S) degree in Industrial Engineering from Dalhousie University, where they studied from 2009 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Navid Hashemian has also obtained various certifications. Navid became a Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute in January 2018. In May 2012, they achieved the Certified Supply Chain Professional certification from APICS. Navid also obtained the Lean Green Belt, Gold Achievement certification from the APICS Lean Enterprise Workshop Series in August 2011. Furthermore, they became a Professional Engineer through the Professional Engineers Ontario in January 2011.
