Katja Hardies

Katja Hardies has a long and varied work experience. Katja began their career in 2000 as a Vorstandsassistentin at Postbank Gruppe. In 2001, they took on two roles, one as Bereichsleiterin Spa&Sports at Mediterana 5 Sterne Wellness-Anlage, Bergisch-Gladbach and the other as Management Assistant of the executive director at Generali Deutschland AG. In 2006, they became a Pharmareferentin at UCB and a pharmaceutical representative at PAZ-Pharma Ausbildungszentrum KölnExamination: staatl. gepr. Pharmareferentin/IHK. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Key-Account-Manager Schmerztherapie at Mundipharma. In 2010, they became a Gebietsleiterin at Weleda AG. In 2013, they held two roles, one as stv. Bereichsleiterin at Mediterana Freizeitanlagen and the other as Key Account Manager Dermatology and Key Account Manager Medizintechnik Dermatologie at SciBase. In 2014, they began working as a Career Development Program Ashfield Healthcare / Executive Personal at Ashfield, part of UDG Healthcare plc.

Katja Hardies has a diverse educational history. In 2014-2015, they attended BSA-Akademie and obtained a Fitness-Trainer A-Lizenz - Lehrer für Sport und Fitness. In 2017-2019, they attended Institut Francais Köln and obtained a DALF Zertifikat in Französisch als Geschäftssprache. In 2006, they attended PAZ - Pharmazeutisches Ausbildungszentrum Köln and obtained a geprüfte Pharmareferentin / IHK Köln in Medizinische und pharmazeutische Chemie. In 2020, they attended Die Denkweisen and obtained an NLP-Practitioner DVNLP IANLP in Neurolinguistisches Programmieren. Katja is currently pursuing a Master NLP DVNLP IANLP from Die Denkweisen and is expected to complete it in 2022-2023. Additionally, they are expected to obtain an Epigentik-Coach from Verband für Naturstoffmedizin / HealVersity in Medizinwissenschaften/Coaching. Katja also holds a certification in gepr. Pharmareferentin IHK from IHK Köln.
