Emil Lai

Emil Lai has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry. Emil began their career as a Sales Representative at Janssen Pharmaceutica in 1991 and later joined Schering Plough as a Product Manager in 1992. Emil then moved to Baxter Healthcare in 2001, where they served as a Sales Manager for four years. In 2005, they joined Coloplast as the Business Manager for Asia and also served as the Sales & Marketing Manager for Hong Kong. Emil worked for Coloplast until 2008. Since 2009, Emil has been employed at SciClone Pharmaceuticals as the Regional Director - International Sales, responsible for managing multiple markets across the Asian Pacific region, including market penetration, channel management, and business development.

Emil Lai has pursued an MSc in Global Business at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Additionally, Emil has obtained a BSc in Management from the University of London.
