Job description

We are seeking a talented ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Salesforce CPQ Integration to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions with a focus on integrating Salesforce CPQ functionalities. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a focus on integrating Salesforce CPQ functionalities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for ServiceNow and Salesforce CPQ integration.
  1. Design and configure ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Release Management and Service Catalog, to meet business needs.
  2. Develop custom applications, workflows, and scripts in ServiceNow to automate business processes and enhance user experience.
  3. Integrate ServiceNow with Salesforce CPQ using APIs, web services, and middleware solutions.
  4. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and test plans.
  5. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality of developed solutions.
  6. Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow and Salesforce CPQ features, best practices, and industry trends.
  8. Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) modules.
  3. Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and its integration with ServiceNow.
  4. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies used in ServiceNow development.
  5. Experience with ServiceNow REST and SOAP APIs for integration purposes.
  6. Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
  7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  8. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  9. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist) preferred.
  10. ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer) preferred.
