We are seeking a talented ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Salesforce CPQ Integration to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions with a focus on integrating Salesforce CPQ functionalities. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a focus on integrating Salesforce CPQ functionalities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for ServiceNow and Salesforce CPQ integration.
- Design and configure ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Release Management and Service Catalog, to meet business needs.
- Develop custom applications, workflows, and scripts in ServiceNow to automate business processes and enhance user experience.
- Integrate ServiceNow with Salesforce CPQ using APIs, web services, and middleware solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and test plans.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality of developed solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow and Salesforce CPQ features, best practices, and industry trends.
- Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) modules.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and its integration with ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies used in ServiceNow development.
- Experience with ServiceNow REST and SOAP APIs for integration purposes.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist) preferred.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer) preferred.
