Lauren Morton has over 10 years of work experience in the technology and biopharma industries. In 2009, they began their career as a Chemistry and Materials Co-op at Lockheed Martin. In 2010, they worked as a Photovoltaic Cell Processing Co-op at 1366 Technologies, Inc. In 2011, they were a Manufacturing Engineering Co-op at Genzyme. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at EMD Millipore as a Quality Engineer I/II. In 2015, they became a Summer Associate, Strategy & Operations at Deloitte Consulting and was promoted to Senior Consultant in 2016 and Manager in 2016. In 2018, they joined Science Exchange as the Vice President of Revenue Operations and was later promoted to Senior Director, Revenue Operations and Director, Business Development. In 2020, they joined Pavilion (formerly Revenue Collective) as an Executive and is currently enrolled in their RevOps School program.
Lauren Morton holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Harvard Business School in Business Administration and Management, General and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University. Additionally, they hold a RevOps School certification from Pavilion obtained in February 2022, a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce obtained in November 2021, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute obtained in October 2019.
