Lori Dixon

Lori Dixon is a proficient educational professional with extensive experience in science education and program coordination. Currently serving as a Specialist for Judging at the Society for Science since November 2020, Lori previously contributed as an Elementary Science Teacher at St. Andrews UM Day School from August 2015 to November 2020, where responsibilities included planning STEM activities, managing student performance data, and coordinating the annual Science Fair. Lori's earlier roles included a Science Teacher and Adjunct Professor, providing expertise in chemistry and instructional methodologies. With a Master's degree in Secondary Education and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Lori also has a background as an Associate Scientist at Gillette, where scientific research and analytical skills were developed.
