Mehran Yarahmadi

Mehran Yarahmadi is a Senior Research Scientist at Science Systems and Applications, Inc (SSAI) since March 2022, previously serving as a Postdoctoral Associate at Virginia Tech from January 2017 to March 2022, where analytical support was provided for planetary radiation budget monitoring and project scenario execution related to global climate change. Prior experience includes roles as a Graduate Research Assistant at Virginia Tech, focusing on the Clouds and Earth's Radiant Energy System (CERES) and radiation heat transfer, as well as a Graduate Research Assistant at Sharif University of Technology, where work involved experimental thermal sciences. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tehran.
