Joseph Fagan

Joseph Fagan has over 25 years of experience in various roles related to global equity compensation and administration. Joseph currently serves as the Director of Global Equity Compensation at Science 37 since November 2021. Prior to this, they were a Senior Manager of Equity Administration at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) from August 2020 to November 2021. Before that, they worked as the Director of Global Equity Compensation at Covetrus from February 2019 to February 2020. Joseph also held the position of Manager of Global Equity Compensation at Iron Mountain from November 2017 to February 2019. Joseph began their career at State Street, where they worked as an Assistant Vice President in both the Equity Compensation and Executive Compensation roles from June 2012 to November 2017. Prior to State Street, they worked at The Timberland Company as a Compensation Analyst and Stock Plan Administrator from July 2007 to March 2012. Joseph also gained experience as a Service Delivery Consultant at Fidelity Investments from June 1998 to June 2007, and as an Assistant Store Manager at Eddie Bauer from August 1996 to June 1998.

Joseph Fagan attended Salem High School from 1987 to 1991. Joseph then pursued their undergraduate studies at the UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics from 1993 to 1997, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business.
