Alexa Landry

Alexa Landry has a diverse work experience starting in 2009 as an intern at the Virginia Department of Health where they provided administrative support and managed patient records. In 2010, they worked as an instructional designer intern at MillerCoors Shenandoah Brewery, designing and delivering training programs. From 2011 to 2012, Landry worked as an instructional designer/trainer at Dell Services Federal Government, creating online learning solutions and providing helpdesk support. Alexa then joined comScore, Inc. in 2012 as a senior instructional designer, managing training and talent solutions. In 2016, they became a senior talent development consultant at MicroStrategy, where they designed and executed management associate rotation programs. Lastly, Landry joined ScienceLogic in 2018 and held various roles such as talent program manager and senior talent program manager, focusing on talent development and management.

Alexa Landry's education history includes a Master of Education (M.Ed) in Instructional Design and Curriculum Development, as well as a Graduate Certificate of e-learning, both obtained from George Mason University between 2011 and 2015. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) in Communication Studies and Human Resource Development from James Madison University, graduating between 2005 and 2010. In 2013 and 2014, Alexa also pursued a Certificate course in Digital Marketing from Stellenbosch University. Additionally, they have acquired additional certifications in areas such as Delegating Tasks, Delegating from a Distance, and Employee Experience from LinkedIn.
