Chris Cabell

Chris Cabell, M.D., M.H.S., is the Chief Medical Officer and Head of Clinical Development at Arena Pharmaceuticals. Before joining Arena in 2017, he held a number of senior management positions at Quintiles Transnational (now IQVIA) including Chief Medical and Chief Scientific Officer and Global Head of Therapeutic Delivery. Prior to Arena, he was Assistant Professor of Medicine within the Division of Cardiology at Duke University School of Medicine. Chris is an honors graduate of Penn State University and Duke University, earning both his medical degree and a master's degree in Health Sciences. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology.
