Elisabeth Gomis

Elisabeth "Liz" GOMIS currently serves as Directrice at MansA Maison des Mondes Africains since June 2024 and as Enseignante vacataire at Sciences Po since January 2024, focusing on cultural diplomacy. GOMIS is the founder of OFF TO Magazine, a bilingual periodical dedicated to African metropolitan exploration. Previous roles include Préfiguratrice at the Ministère de la Culture, where GOMIS was involved in the establishment of MansA, and as a producer for the documentary "Afropunk" at NOBAI. GOMIS has a background in cultural consulting through participation in the AFRICA 2020 season at the Institut français and creative contributions as an auteur and director in various projects. The journalism experience spans over a decade at Radio Nova, contributing cultural commentary and features. GOMIS holds multiple degrees in audiovisual production and cultural mediation.
