Eddie Rivera

Eddie Rivera has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Eddie began their career in 2003 as a College Practice & Production Operator at Hewlett-Packard and later worked as a Production Operator at Edwards Lifesciences. In 2009, they transitioned into the role of a System Technician at Westernbank, where they provided advanced troubleshooting and maintenance for desktops, laptops, printers, and applications.

In 2011, Eddie became a Field Technician at Global-Comm, where they implemented and administered the Open Mobile Cell Site. Eddie was responsible for transmission-related tasks and produced reports focusing on various equipment.

From 2012 to 2019, Eddie joined Chicago Public Schools as a Computer Technician, playing a crucial role in establishing an in-school computer lab and integrating technology. Eddie provided technical support and conducted troubleshooting for network infrastructure and devices.

In 2019, Eddie joined Everywhere Wireless as a Network Operations Center Technician, where they repaired and maintained network and data infrastructure. Eddie also collaborated with diverse teams to resolve complex customer cases.

Simultaneously, Eddie worked as an Adjunct Instructor at St. Augustine College since 2019. Eddie delivered various courses within the Computer Information System Program and maximized student performance through evaluation and advising.

In early 2022, Eddie joined Scientel Solutions as a Network Operations Engineer. Eddie was responsible for network engineering, provisioning, administration, and customer case resolution.

Currently, Eddie is working at Nubelungo_pr as a Content Creator, creating sport-related content on YouTube and TikTok, with a focus on baseball (MLB), soccer (FIFA), and American football (NFL). Eddie'slong-term goal is to showcase people's passion for different sports around the world.

In terms of certifications, Eddie has obtained several, including Learning Ansible from LinkedIn in May 2023, Avigilon Control Center 7 Certification from Motorola Solutions in September 2022, and Learning to Teach Online from Coursera in May 2022. Eddie has also obtained certifications such as CCNA Cert Prep ICND2, Prepare for the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner Exam, Wireless Networking Essential Training, and more, from various institutions.
