Rachel Parsons

Rachel Parsons is an accomplished freelance journalist with extensive experience across various media platforms. Currently, Rachel serves as a freelance journalist for PRX, The New York Times, and Thomson Reuters Foundation, among others, while contributing to NIKKEI Group Asia Pte Ltd and DeSmog. Rachel has also been the owner and executive producer of Green Pier Media since 2012, specializing in educational and documentary content, including the flagship series The Peregrine Dame. Rachel's academic background includes a Master of Science in Anthropology, Environment and Development from UCL and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Southern California.
