Sathya Karthik Ramadass

Sathya Karthik Ramadass has extensive experience in strategy and growth, currently serving at Sciera, Inc. since April 2021. Prior to this role, Sathya was the CEO of Abiba Systems from January 2008 to April 2020, leading a big data analytics company known for its AI-ML analytics and customer engagement solutions. Sathya also held the position of AVP & Global Practice Head at TCS, overseeing the Telecom BPO practice from October 2006 to December 2007. Previously, Sathya was the General Manager at Spice Communications, responsible for revenue management, and started the career in finance at Asian Paints, where internal audit responsibilities encompassed various business functions. Educational qualifications include a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from PSG College of Technology.
