Thiagu V

Thiagu V's work experience includes being an HR Executive at Scintel Technologies from June 2012 to present. In this role, they are responsible for end to end recruitment activities, employee relations management, training plan and base lining new processes. Thiagu also provides executive level administrative support and has successfully closed niche mandates at the leadership band and onboarded leaders who are now in the executive band. Thiagu manages the complete recruitment and selection process within assigned timelines, including the onboarding process and employee support until the exit interview. Prior to Scintel Technologies, Thiagu worked as an Associate IT Recruiter at a confidential company from 2011 to 2012.

Thiagu V pursued their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science at Anna University from 2006 to 2010.
