Lena Schmidt

Lena Schmidt has been working in the field since 2017. Lena began their career as a Student Internship at the Cochrane Schizophrenia Group. In 2018, they took on a role as an Intern at the same company, as well as a Research Associate in Research Synthesis at the University of Bristol. Currently, they are a Data Scientist at Sciome LLC.

Lena Schmidt began their education journey in 2015 when they attended Hochschule Furtwangen, graduating in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Health Sciences. Lena then went on to the University of Sussex, where they obtained an M.Sc. in Intelligent and Adaptive Systems in 2019. Currently, Lena is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Data Science at Newcastle University, which they are expected to complete in 2026.
