Karen McGrail

Karen McGrail is currently the Sr. Director of Human Resources at ScionHealth since July 2021. Prior to this role, she served as the District Director of Human Resources at Kindred Healthcare from June 2015 to July 2021. With a background in HR management and strategic leadership, Karen has experience working in various industries including healthcare, financial services, and manufacturing. She holds a Master's degree in Strategic Leadership, Organizational Development, and Management Development from Mountain State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from PennWest Edinboro.
