Michelle Dennis

Michelle Dennis currently serves as Vice President of People Strategy and Initiatives at ScionHealth, a role held since January 2022, following positions as Associate Vice President of Workforce Development and Optimization and Senior Director of Workforce Development. Prior experience includes senior leadership roles at Kindred Healthcare, including Senior Director of Workforce Management, where responsibilities encompassed the management and development of centralized staffing offices and the enhancement of labor practices. Michelle has also held significant clinical leadership positions as Chief Clinical Officer and Director of Nursing and Clinical Services. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Nursing with a focus on Healthcare Systems Leadership from Grand Canyon University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and an Associate’s Degree in Registered Nursing, alongside a Licensed Practical Nursing certification.
