Rich Burkhart

Rich Burkhart is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Scioto Properties since October 2017. Prior to that, Rich held various finance positions at Washington Prime Group Inc. from September 2005 to October 2017, starting as the Director of Treasury and eventually becoming the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis and Capital Markets. Rich also has experience as the FP&A Director at GE Real Estate from 2003 to 2005, a Senior Financial Analyst at Storage USA from 1998 to 2003, and a Regional Finance Manager at APCOA, Inc. from 1991 to 1998. Rich holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from The University of Toledo and a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from The University of Memphis.
