Kendra Banks

Kendra Banks is an accomplished financial and commercial leader with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently, Kendra serves as Chief Financial Officer, Managing Director for Australia & New Zealand, Chief Commercial Officer, and Marketing Director at SEEK since December 2015. Kendra is also a Non-Executive Director at Brambles since May 2022. Prior roles include General Manager of Coles Brand and Customer Insight at Coles from September 2012 to November 2015, and multiple positions at Tesco from April 2004 to July 2012, including Price & Promotions Director. Kendra's career began at Oxfam as Strategy Manager and at McKinsey as Engagement Manager. Kendra holds a BA in Economics and Mathematics from Yale University and an MA in European Politics from the College of Europe.
