Ninad Dharmadhikari

Ninad Dharmadhikari has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Ninad is currently the Director of Operations at Scitara Corporation since July 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director at Labcorp Drug Development from December 2011 to July 2021.

Before Labcorp, Ninad worked at Sciformix, where they held multiple positions including Manager, Project Management Office from December 2011 to January 2020, and later as Associate Director, PgMO and Transitions. In these roles, they were responsible for establishing and heading the Strategic Program Management Office, supporting strategic decision-making, overseeing project transitions and automation drives, metricizing the organization, and developing customer-centric solution models.

Prior to Sciformix, Ninad worked at MISUMI as the Manager of Operations - CS & Logistics, where they played a key role in transitioning global operations to India and establishing customer service and logistics operations.

Ninad also has experience at Wipro Technologies as a Module Lead, specializing in ITIL-based projects and the implementation of ITIL guidelines and best practices.

Ninad began their professional journey as a student at the College of Hi-tech Engineering from 1998 to 2002.

Ninad Dharmadhikari attended Abhinav Vidyalya from 1993 to 1996 but did not pursue a specific degree or field of study during this time. Ninad later enrolled at the College of Hi Tech Engineering from 1998 to 2002 and obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in the field of Mechanical Engineering.
