Trent Walklett

Trent Walklett has a diverse work experience in various financial roles. Trent is currently the Chief Financial Officer at SCLogic since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Adjunct Professor at American University starting in 2019. Trent also served as the Vice President Finance at Seamless.AI from November 2021 to September 2022. In this role, they led strategic financial planning activities, provided financial leadership and support to the divisional president, drove cash flow optimization initiatives, and maintained compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404.

Before their role at TeleCommunication Systems, Trent worked in Corporate Finance at W. R. Grace from 2006 to 2010. Trent started their career as the Vice President Finance at Ernst & Young Technologies from 2000 to 2005, where they directed corporate M&A activities, conducted assessments and valuations of business segments, and implemented a new corporate strategy and restructuring program.

Trent Walklett completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting at the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at University of Delaware. This was from 1988 to 1994. Later on, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and General Management from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. This was from 2007 to 2009. Additionally, Trent has obtained certifications in Leveraged Buyout LBO Modeling and Venture Debt from the Corporate Finance Institute in December 2022 and November 2022 respectively.
